The House

Our house is a delightful seaside mews cottage, situated in the popular coastal village of Hope Cove, South Devon and is perfectly located for providing either a comfortable base for a relaxing beach holiday or a cosy retreat at other times of year for those who enjoy walks and wonderful cliff top vistas.

Accommodation

Arranged as reverse level, it has a sunny patio garden as well as first floor balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine.

First floor: Stairs lead to a light and airy living room furnished with two sofas and two arm chairs, TV and DVD, dining table with seating for six and patio door to balcony furnished with table and chairs with views over rising fields and down to the village. Shelves of books and games to enjoy on rainy days. Archway to kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven under, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, toaster and microwave.

Ground floor: Hallway with pretty double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and fitted wardrobe. Second bedroom with two 3 ft beds, 3 ft bunk beds and en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC. Refurbished (2024) Family bathroom with walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

Please note this property is most suitable for a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children if fully occupied,

Outside: Enclosed patio with shrub border, table and six chairs, garden seats. Parking: For one car in designated space just yards from the garden gate plus visitors' space.

Included: Bed linen, towels (guests to provide own beach towels) WIFI, electricity and heating. Mobile reception is poor

Pets: One well behaved dog welcome. Additional £25 per week.
